Reigniting That Spark
Updated: Oct 2
Everything is energy.
If you want to understand the inner workings of the universe, then you need only think in terms of energy, frequency and vibrations.
This exchange of energy is indeed, life in motion.
The laws of physics apply to the physical world, which includes both you and me.
So what then happens when that exchange stops?
When the flow of energy is stifled?
When you’re either depleted or so consumed by your own thoughts, doubts or insecurities -
That there’s no more room for that energy to flow?
This is where it all begins to break down.
Your relationships break down
Your body breaks down
Your spirit breaks down
Your growth is stifled
And indeed stagnation begins to set in.
The secret then, is to reignite that spark.
To set that energy in motion again, by sparking it back to life.
By surrounding yourself with people that force you to level up
That push and challenge you
But always want the best for you.
And nourishing yourself by eating the right foods
By spending more time in nature
By immersing yourself in music, art, creativity and indeed deep prayer.
It’s in answering the call to adventure and having the courage to respond when life nudges you.
It’s only by heeding the call of the heart that your soul is set on fire.
So go then, go in search of Life.
Nothing else matters.
You'll find it when you allow yourself to be ruled by Love instead of fear.
And faith instead of doubt.
But you’ll need to make some space first.
Because you can’t fill a cup that’s already full.
So a ‘self emptying’ of sorts is in order
A letting go of your inhibitions and the breaking of the shackles that hold you down.
It's only when you break the dam you’ve built, that the energy can flow again.
Just be sure to direct yourself wisely.
And be mindful of who you exchange it with.
Holding onto old energy, leaves you with nothing but unrealised potential
A life left dormant, unexpressed.
There is no Life in that.
And always keep in mind;
That sometimes you might find yourself a little stuck, simply because you're pushing a door that says pull.
