The Spiritual Death
Updated: Jan 3, 2020

The great tragedy in life is the death of the human spirit.
That divine spark that you have inside you that brings with it the fullness of everything life has to offer.
The thing that raises you up when you’re down
Strengthens you when you’re weak
Shines a light on your darkness
And keeps you connected and engaged in something beyond yourself.
So many of us put so much emphasis on staying alive, as if life is merely a material pursuit.
Your heart may still be beating, but that doesn’t mean you’re actually living.
The death of the spirit brings with it bitterness and resentment
A warped sense of reality
A distortion and rejection of our very human nature
Often for the pursuit of personal pleasure at the expense of others or even ourselves -
but ultimately it’s the absence of Love.
So the call then is for you to live a full human life.
A life that combines the material reality with the higher calling of the heart
The calling to reignite your spirit
To reclaim the fullness of your humanity and everything you're capable of.
To reclaim real meaning and purpose
Rebalancing the equation and bringing the elements into perfect harmony, exactly as it was always intended - setting you back on your rightful path.
Anything less is but a life half lived, if a life lived at all.
